 After our initial chat on the phone the usual next steps are.

Consult on site for 1 hour is $350.

At this meeting will look at the positioning of the key components to the project and also how to make the most of the surrounding spaces. We look at other design work that may be in line with the possibilities of your property. Not all the time but quite often visualisations really help to make sense of the possibilities. If you would like to see these ideas on paper

we have a number of design options.

Pricing can vary depending on each specific project but this will give you an idea on standard Design costs.

These Design options are.

Hand drawn 2d sketch of the final product with material suggestions and basic planting

 2D $ 850 

Sketchup created scaled 2d plan with the above 

$ 2,500  

Full rendered 3d imagery with a minimum of 7 images of the rear yard. These will be as the final product would appear. 

$ 3,500

Throughout any of the above digitally created plans you will receive a detailed itemised construction quote and my support with the final colour selections.

If a species specific planting plan is required these are available for purchase at $1,500. 

If making the decison on which pool, which size, where, which company, what type of filter system, and whether fibreglass or concrete is the best option for you well... that's ok. Leave it to us. We will take care of all of the above through our design services.

We can guide you through the gauntlet of options and assist with obtaining quotes for you.
